How do I choose the right size?
Measure bust, waist, and hips. If between sizes, choose the larger size. Most pieces are stretch-friendly one-size.
What materials are used?
We use premium lace, mesh, satin, and stretch blends. Each product page lists fabric composition. Avoid strong chemical odors — authentic pieces should smell neutral after airing.
What does one-size / free-size mean?
Designed to fit a wide range of body types with stretch fabric (typically fits S–L / bust 80–95 cm). Check the product description for specific measurements.
How do I pick a cosplay / roleplay outfit?
Browse by C-series category (student, nurse, stewardess, etc.). Consider your height and preferred fit — most sets include the main garment; accessories may be sold separately in P-series.
Will the color match the photos?
We shoot in studio lighting. Slight variation may occur between screens and batches. If the item is significantly different, contact us within 48 hours for exchange.
Can I send as a gift?
Yes. All orders use discreet outer packaging with no product name on the box — suitable for gifting. You may add a delivery note at checkout.
Return policy for lingerie & intimate apparel?
Unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and resalable (does not affect secondary sale) with tags and packaging intact: return within 7 days of delivery. Opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (defects excepted). Defective/wrong items: photo proof within 48 hours — we cover return shipping. See our Returns Policy.

Is packaging discreet?
Plain outer box — no brand logo or sensitive wording on the shipping label.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch from our Thailand warehouse. Remote areas may take longer.
How do I track my order?
Tracking number is sent by email/SMS once shipped. You can also check order status in your account.
What appears on my card statement?
A neutral merchant descriptor only — no product description or sensitive wording.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from regional hubs as markets launch. Availability and rates appear at checkout for your country. Subscribe to our newsletter for new market announcements.
Damaged, wrong, or missing item?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
Care & Safety
How should I wash delicate items?
Hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach, wringing, and tumble drying on lace or silk.
Material safety & body-safe products?
Choose items with clear fabric labels. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Follow care instructions for hygiene.
Age requirement?
All products are for adults 18+ only. By using this site you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
How should I store lingerie?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use breathable bags for lace items to prevent snagging.
Sensitive skin / allergies?
Wash before first wear. If you have latex or nickel sensitivity, check material details or contact us before ordering.

Payment & Orders
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit/debit cards and Shopify-supported local payment methods for Thailand. All transactions are encrypted.
Can I combine promo codes with member discount?
One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Member tier pricing may stack with selected campaigns — check promotion terms.
How do I cancel an order?
Before shipment: email hello@juxxy.cn or use live chat with your order number. Refund to original payment after approval. After shipment: cancellation is not available — please request a return after delivery.
What is the return process?
① Email support (order #, photos, reason) → ② Receive return address/RMA → ③ Ship item back → ④ Refund within 5–10 business days after inspection. Do not ship without approval.
Refund timeline?
Approved returns: 5–10 business days to original payment method. Cancelled unshipped orders: usually 3–5 business days. Bank/PayPal timing may vary.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Contact customer service with your order number and tax details. We provide invoices for eligible business customers in Thailand.
