Thank you for opening this letter. JUXXY is founded and governed from our China headquarters — product standards, QA, visual identity, and membership rules are set centrally and synced across every market branch. The site you browse is one expression of the same brand in your region, not a separate product philosophy.
We serve adult customers worldwide. Language, currency, and shipping paths may differ by market; those differences are shown transparently at checkout and in Help — never hidden. What stays constant: discreet packaging, honest pricing, trained support, and a community of real voices.

We know discreet commerce is about more than the product — billing descriptors, shipping labels, and support tone matter. Card statements show a neutral merchant name only. Couriers see plain apparel-sized parcels. Support follows your chosen site language. Add delivery notes at checkout for gate codes or pickup preferences.
Membership tiers (One to Five Stars) upgrade automatically with spend — no application. Points unlock select rewards (see Member Center). We are rolling out cross-market spend sync by email so one account travels with you as new regions launch.
Curation & sustainability
HQ buying prioritises re-wearable, washable, traceable pieces — snag-resistant lace, clean cosplay stitching, labelled care SKUs. We audit batches with suppliers and reduce flashy single-use plastic. Dark pouches double as storage — on-brand and less waste.
Photography uses controlled lighting with warm/cool badges on each page. If your item differs materially from the labelled shot, contact us within 48 hours for verification and exchange.
Community
Homepage reviews, forums, and post-order feedback form our experience layer. Specific notes — e.g. "165 cm / 52 kg, size M snug" — help more than empty praise. Fair criticism stays visible. Forum posts support @mentions and photos; JUXXY Care replies on each thread and comment during business days.
